“What is the use of living, if it be not to strive for noble causes and to make this muddled world a better place for those who will live in it after we are gone?”
– Winston Churchill
Our goal as a company is to leave this world a little better, a little less muddled. We do that by turning “muddled” houses into nice homes. As those houses are sold to new owners, we earn a profit. Some of that profit goes to help those around us. At POMH we understand that a strict focus on the financial bottom line and forgetting we are all part of the human family struggling through this world together doesn’t provide the balance needed for happiness.
We are truly blessed and fortunate to live in such a great area. Our country, our state, our people, have provided us with the opportunities to help make the world a better place. We try to help our neighbors close to home through donations to Tabitha’s Way food pantry in Spanish Fork and helping the homeless in Salt Lake through donations to Care Cuts.
We invite you remember and help our neighbors who may be in need. You may not be in the situation to help anyone else right now, but that will change. Your life will turn around and you will be in a position to help others. Life has a way of doing that. It goes down, but it goes up again too. As you keep pressing forward, doors will open for you.
Les Brown encourages us:
“We must look for ways to be an active force in our own lives. We must take charge of our own destinies, design a life of substance and truly begin to live our dreams”
